BR 2-14: Sara Says No!
"You're dishonest, Father!" says Sara. "You're cheating the customers! I don't want to work at the market!"
It was the first time to read this seriese books. I think that this book also tells us cheating is bad. And pointing out the cheating is very important. Oneday, there was a fruit shop, which the name is MISTER FRUIT, at the market. Mr Fruit and his daughter Sara were selling fruit. Everybody liked them. A boy asked for one kilo of apples, and then he said to him that this is one kilo of apple but they're not one kilo of apple, it was less than one kilo. He was cheating. Sara knew it. When they back to home, she said to him that he is cheating, it's bad. However he didn't think it's bad. Next day, also he was cheating. So she said a prayer "Please help us!" The next day,when he touched fruit, the fruit went bad. Therefore he couldn't sell them. She could sell them, so everybody bought them from honest Sara!! He stays at home, and she sells fruits now.

BR 2-13: TROUBLE at the ZOO
"Sorry," says Mike. But he is not sorry.
When we go to a zoo, we tend to excite ourselves, because there are many kind animals. But we don't have to take a provocative attitude to animals. I think that this story tells us it. Oneday, a high school students went to a zoo. A staff whose name is Mr. Jenkins showed them a notice. But a boy didn't the notice and excite himself. He gave a sandwich to the big old bear, and he provoked lion. Mr. Jenkins saw him and warned him, but he was not sorry. He was smiling. A girl, Jenny wanted to take picture with a baby kangaroo. Mr. Jenkins said to her that they're small, but very strong, so don't go near them. And then the boy overed the fence of kangaroo, he picked up the kangaroo. Also she overed the fence and wanted to stop his behavior. Then the kangaroo's mother came to them, he was very scared, gave the baby kangaroo to Jenny, and ran away!!!! Mr. Jenkins and Jenny were very angry with Mike.

One day, Tyler and Ryan had a big race. They both want to win the race. Ryan wins every year, so Tyler wanted to be winner this year. Other hand, Ryan wantyed to be winner this year too. Ryan's father said to him that you should be winner. Both of them were faster than the other riders. When they saw gole gate, Ryan pushed Tyler. Tyler fell off his bike. And then Ryan was winner. However Tyler were injured and went to a hospital. After the race, Ryan went to the hospital, and he gave him winner cup.

A boy, Ray wanted to join in a band as guiter player, but he had not had guitar. When his birthday, he said to his father that he want a guitar. His father thought the guitar is not good, so he bought him a book about guitar. Ray was not happy, so he decided to buy the guiter by his money. And after he bought the guitar, he joined in the band. He was really happy. He got very excited. When he jumped with his guitar as rock star, the guitar was doroped by him. And it was broken. He came back his house, and he tryed fixing by himself. But he was not able to do.

Our memorable day
Last wednesday, it was my and my boy friend's memorable day. After school, we went to downtown for eating dinner by his car. We went to my mother's restaurant the name is KIRARI. I like the restaurant, because my mother is owner and my father made it. However the dishes is expensive for us, so we decided to go to there only special day. We enjoyed talking with the staff and eating. We ate mainly seefoods, because I like them!! After dinner, we went to Aso!! I wanted to see stars. Actually, when we reached to Aso, there are no stars :( I was really sad, but the driving time was so fun!! When we were going to Aso, we was listening our favorite songs and singing them!! We could not see stars, so we went to Mt.Hanaoka. Do you know the mountain?? I recommend it to you. The view from the mountain is soooo beautiful. And there is the mountain near by Kumamoto station, so it's easy to go by car. We could not to see stars, but we could see the nice view. My boyfriend had been drving the car, so he was very tired. it was nice memorable day!!! (202)
My favorite season
My favorite season is autumn.
I have four reasons. One of my reason is my birthday is November 10th!!! Also
my sister’s birthday is November 16th and my mother’s birthday is October 27th.
Therefore I often go for dinner with my family in autumn. And I can eat many
cakes the season!! Secondly, it is easy to live in autumn. I hate hot weather.
Autumn is not hot and not cold. Thirdly, autumn’s view is so beautiful. Trees

My favorite movie
My favorite movie is High School Musical. It’s musical movie in a high school. There are three series. I like the starring roles, Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens. They’re best couple. And I like their songs. When I watch the movie, I want to sing and dance although I can not. I think that the story tells us not only song and dance make us fun but also personality is important. BR 2-10 :The Josefina Story Quilt
Faith felt warm and happy under the Josefina story quilt.
This book is the story in 1850. A family were going to California in a covered wagon. A girl, Faith wanted to take Josefina that is her pet. Faith loved her. However the wagon is small and there are no room for her pet. She begged to take her to her father, so she could take her. There are promise. If Josefina makes any trouble, out she goes! And there were many problem while they were going to California. But Faith protected her. In the end, Faith died, she really sad. They had been making a quilting while they were going to California, so she treasured the quilting as Josefina's memory.

Diet!!!
I decided to begin to be on diet last week, because I want to be slender and I will have to take pictures for twenty years anniversary next month. We call to take the pictures for the anniversary "Maedori". I will go to Kumamoto castle and a studio and I will be took the pictures. I like eating!! I like sweets, noodles, Yakitori, Yakiniku, and so on!!! But I have to patient eating them. I have been eating mainly vegetables since I decided to be on diet. I feel that I'm hungry, but I think it's battle with myself. haha. But I know that being on diet sometimes give us bad influence, so I would like to rethink about my way to be on diet. (126)

I have to write the paper about American adoption. Therefore, I sent the questionnaire our host families yesterday. Somepeople sent it back to me. I was glad to see their opinion. My host family is very compliant. I would like to write the best paper!! And my favorite girls group, Girl's generation's concert will be hold next spring. I really like the group, so I subscribed the concert tickets last week. And I'll be able to know whether or not I can go the concert. I can't wait the result!!! I usually listen to western music. However I really want to go the concert, so I pray to be able to get the tickets while I have been listening to their music last week!! haha. I woke up at 9o'clock this morning. And I went to the driving school by the school bus. It's convenient. I drove for about an hour with my teacher's support. I will have finished studying the driving subjects. And then I'll take the examination!! I'm nervous. After the driving school, I went to KGU by the school bus. The driver was my boyfriend's driving teacher, so I talked about him:) I took a class, and I went to my boyfriend's house. We made "nabe"!!! I like kimchi nabe most. It was so good!! And I did English Central while he was washing dishes. He is very kind ! I have to work as part-time job from tomorrow:( I don't want to work:( (121)

HAKATA with pipi
My friend pipi go to a beauty school. And she had to take nail official examination, so I went to Hakata with pipi as nail's model. We met at Koutsuu center 5:30 in the morning. It's too early. I had to wake up at 3:30. We rode a bus and went to Hakata. While we was in bus, we were sleeping. At 8:30, we arrived at Hakata station. And we went to a building, there were many people. I was surprised. She looked like nervous. I said to her "Cheer up!!" The official examination was so long. First she cared my nails for 35 minutes, and after that she painted my nails, made fake nail, and made halloween art nail for 55 minutes. She were good at them. And she took paper examination and I showed my nails that was made by her to teachers. When teachers were watching my nails, I was so afraid. After the official examination, we went to Canal city!!! Good morning!! I have classes from 10:30 today. but I went to KGU at 9o'clock and I have been doing my homeworks. I have a lot of things that I have to do, but everything is for me!!! I have to write a report for Kaigaikenshuu. I decided to write the report about adoption, because my host sister is adopted child from Korea. Therefore I made questionnaire about adoption, and I sent it to my host family. And I'm hungry:( because I didn't supper and break fast. My stomach's growling loud:( I'm ashamed. I can't wait lunch time!! It's time to go to classroom! (105)
my favorite animal
I would like to talk about my favorite animal. I like dogs. Actually I liked only small dogs, because I was afraid of big dogs. Small dogs are cute. However, in this summer I became like big dog too, because I had been staying at a home, the family has a big dog. First when I saw the dog, I was afraid of it. But he is very clever and kind. So I didn’t be afraid. And I have been having a dog for six years. My dog’s name is Berry. Berry is toy poodle. When I’m sleeping, she always comes next to me. I sometimes walk around with her. I went to downtown for eating lunch with my grand mother. I wanted to eat chinese food, so we went to "Kourantei". Since I back to Japan from Minnesota, I haven't been seeing her, I gave some souveniors her and talked about Minnesota life. My grand mother works everyday, so she is very busy. This book was written by Rob Waring and Maurice Jamall. I think that this story tells selfish person is hated everyone. One day a band wanted a new singer. Daniela wanted to be the new singer. But Gemma also wanted to be it. Both Daniela and Gemma are good singer. However Daniela was very nervous to sing and she couldn't sing very well. On the other hand, Gemma was not nervous and she could sing very well. The band decided to chose Gemma for the new singer. Daniela was sad. However Gemma was very selfish. Forexample, she wanted to change the band's name and she wanted to put on clothes that she chose. Therefore they said to Daniela "you are our new singer." There are often selfish person. I think I am sometimes selfish. But we can't live alone. We have to cooperate with people, so we don't be selfish.

My favorite place I’ve been is Bali. Have you been to Bali?? I have been to Bali when I was 13 years old with my family. It was my first time to go abroad. There are beautiful views in Bali. We saw sunset from beach while we were eating dinner. I can’t forget the view. And I like seafood. We can eat seafood in there. Bali is island, so we can enjoy swimming or surfing. My father bought surfboard at there. And Bali’s people are very kind. My mother’s friend lives in Bali, so I and my younger brother went to his house and I spent a day with his family. Then I was 13 years old, so I couldn’t speak English. But they were kind to us. And there are many small store like accessaries, bags, and so on. We can also enjoy shopping.(145)

I would like to talk about my favorite color. My favorite color is “Black”, because I think that black color is cool. Mostly, girls like “Pink”, because pink color is cute. Before the last question, John said "What's the capital of Thailand?" It's the last question. Then Ji-sung was very angry. When the last question, he didn't say the answer on purpose. driving school
I have been going to a driving school since I came back to Japan from Minnesota. Actually, I decided to go to the driving school next year. However, in spring, there are many people in the school. Therefore I changed the season. If I get the driver license, I would like to go to far from Kumamoto like Kagoshima, Miyazaki, Fukuoka and so on. However, there are no friends in the school, so I'm always nervous:( I don't have friends in the school, but my driving teacher is kind and funny. When I drove the car at the school, my teacher said to me "You are good at driving!! Have you ever driven the car??? This is not your first time, isn't it??" I said "No, no, no!! This's my first time." But actually, I drove a car one time in America!!! When I was staying at Minnesota, one day my host father said to me "Today's good driving day!! Let's try, Chiiko!!" I was surprised!!! My host father taught me how to drive. It's also my special memories in America. (182)
